Beth revolutionized the fitness industry by bringing yoga into the mainstream with her inclusive and impactful style of yoga for over 22 years. She has been exploring, researching, and developing fitness and wellness programs for more than 25 years.
Beth is a Harvard Business School alumni, a member of the EO, a mentor at C200 and NY City Public Schools. As a philanthropist and animal activist, Beth prioritizes service in her business and personal life. Beth serves on many boards for health, wellness, and animal advocacy.
In her latest book, Healing Trauma With Yoga & Mind-Body Techniques, Beth provides tools and techniques drawn from her work as a recovery and health coach.She offers a deep understanding of the physiological, psychological and emotional changes brought on by trauma and depression, with techniques to survive and thrive through these sometimes debilitating conditions.
As the founder of YogaFit, the world’s largest yoga school, Beth is one of the nation’s leading women entrepreneurs in wellness.
Through her work, Beth has influenced transformation and empowered thousands of teachers, students, and yoga enthusiasts around the world.
The ever-evolving YogaFit curriculum, has exceptional programs like YogaFit for Warriors, a trauma-sensitive yoga teacher training program focused on PTSD, and the Yoga for Health program, accredited by the International Association of Yoga Therapists.

Service is core to Beth’s mission as a business owner and entrepreneur. Beth’s socially conscious company has given more than three million hours to charity and service projects. Through this effort, the company and its network of instructors have brought yoga to at-risk youth, adults and children with disabilities, stressed out employees, teenage mothers, seniors, churches, synagogues, and prisons.
Through YogaFit, Beth helped found Visionary Women in Fitness, a non-profit organization designed to educate and empower young women. Partnering with Girl Force at Vanderbilt University, Visionary Women in Fitness aims to change the way girls view beauty and teach them that true worth is determined by you.
Beth is currently accepting engagements as a speaker and headliner for presentations, panels,workshops and custom presentations.
